Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, insurers, and third-party adjusters to facilitate seamless claims processing and resolution.
  • Monitor claim progress diligently, ensuring timely follow-ups, adherence to service level agreements, and appropriate escalation of unresolved matters.
  • Assist in the negotiation of claims settlements, acting as an advocate for clients' best interests to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marsh McLennan's brokerage, risk consulting, and actuarial teams to provide holistic and integrated client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential claim documentation in strict accordance with company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in claims analysis, insurance operations, or a closely related financial services field.
