Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their trusted primary financial resource.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' current financial situations, future aspirations, and individual risk tolerance.
  • Design, implement, and continuously monitor customized financial plans covering investments, retirement planning, education savings, insurance, and estate planning.
  • Proactively manage client portfolios, conducting regular reviews, rebalancing assets as needed, and providing timely advice based on market conditions and client objectives.
  • Actively identify and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, community engagement, and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Educate clients on various financial products, services, and market trends, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions.
  • Stay current with financial market trends, economic outlooks, regulatory changes, and tax laws that may impact clients' financial well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal specialists (e.g., tax, legal, insurance, wealth management) to provide holistic and integrated client solutions.
  • Ensure all client interactions, financial advice, and portfolio management adhere strictly to industry compliance standards and Marsh McLennan's ethical guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in a similar client-facing wealth management role.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and comprehensive financial planning principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing creative financial solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Client-centric mindset with an unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and client advocacy.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software, CRM systems, and standard office productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or currently pursuing.
