Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to Starbucks quality standards.
- Operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe experience for partners and customers.
- Educate customers on menu items and promotional offers, making personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Required Skills

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
