Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide array of coffee, tea, and blended beverages according to Starbucks' standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Provide friendly, fast, and exceptional customer service, greeting each customer warmly and accurately taking their orders.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including regularly cleaning equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
- Educate customers on Starbucks' diverse menu offerings, coffee beans, and merchandise, enhancing their overall experience.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation standards for food and beverage preparation and store operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow and a harmonious work atmosphere.
- Actively engage with customers to build rapport, personalize their visits, and resolve any concerns efficiently and courteously.
