Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, and gift card payments accurately.
- Greet customers warmly, take food and drink orders, and accurately input them into the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including counter areas, condiment bar, and lobby.
- Assist baristas with basic food preparation and stocking duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all cash handling, food safety, and operational policies and procedures.
- Actively listen to customer preferences and suggest appropriate menu items to enhance their experience.
