Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Efficiently store merchandise in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, ensuring correct item picking, packing, and labeling for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified), to move and organize stock.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages, excesses, or damages to management.
  • Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Assist with periodic inventory audits and contribute to process improvements for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics role.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kg) and perform physical tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory management software or spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in Polish; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) for inventory management.
  • Forklift operator certification (UDT qualification).
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry.
