Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store merchandise in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, performing regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing orders, ensuring correct item picking, packing, and labeling for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified), to move and organize stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages, excesses, or damages to management.
- Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with periodic inventory audits and contribute to process improvements for inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kg) and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in Polish; working knowledge of English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) for inventory management.
- Forklift operator certification (UDT qualification).
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry.
