Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by management, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
