Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up food and beverage stations according to established guidelines and presentation standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and plating, under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and serving stations.
- Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels throughout service periods.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen duties as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold Marriott's brand standards and commitment to exceptional guest service at all times.
