Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business needs and challenges, identifying opportunities to introduce Accenture's digital solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including growth strategies, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, creative, tech, analytics) to scope, plan, and deliver digital projects successfully.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage project scope, and handle escalations with a focus on client satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client industry developments to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, showcasing value and driving strategic alignment.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their voice is heard and incorporated into our service offerings.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management best practices and digital service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital account management, client services, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing), web analytics, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and German (C1 level or higher).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or specific industry verticals.
  • Certification in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience working for a global professional services firm.
