Delta Hotels by Marriott Wolverhampton is seeking a charismatic and dedicated Waiter to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing plates.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with tact and efficiency.
- Prepare dining areas for service, including setting tables, polishing cutlery, and stocking supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and active listening.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
