Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Process guest check-outs, handling payments and providing accurate billing information.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Efficiently resolve guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, balancing the till at the end of the shift.
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
