Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries related to health benefits, services, and general health information.
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance to members, helping them understand their options and navigate the healthcare system effectively.
- Connect members with appropriate healthcare providers, specialists, or support services based on their individual needs.
- Document all member interactions and resolutions accurately and in a timely manner within the designated systems.
- Educate members on health and wellness resources available to them, promoting proactive health management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all member information and adhere to data protection regulations.
