Key Responsibilities

- Address member inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims, eligibility, and service requests with accuracy and empathy.
- Guide members through various self-service options and resources available on our online portals.
- Document all member interactions and resolutions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and security.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills.

- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution.
