Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate patient and/or client appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilize scheduling software to book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments, ensuring timely notifications.
  • Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and service users to ensure clear communication regarding schedules.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all scheduling activities and patient interactions in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues proactively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly appointment schedules and reports.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the department.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
