Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
  • Verify merchandise against invoices, noting discrepancies or damages.
  • Maintain organized and clean stockroom and sales floor areas.
  • Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when needed.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).
  • Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged goods from shelves.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking goals and maintain store standards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and participate in seasonal merchandising efforts.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
