Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
- Verify merchandise against invoices, noting discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain organized and clean stockroom and sales floor areas.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide basic assistance when needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged goods from shelves.
- Contribute to a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily stocking goals and maintain store standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in seasonal merchandising efforts.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
