Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as appropriate.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, both physical and electronic.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
