Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise, verifying counts against invoices and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications, ensuring proper handling and packaging for shipment.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts or reach trucks (training provided if needed).
  • Stage completed orders for loading and assist with loading trucks for outbound delivery.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Identify and report any damaged products or equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall operational success.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during a shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
  • Basic mathematical and reading skills for counting and processing orders.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
