Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, pricing, and organizing merchandise.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges efficiently and professionally.
- Support store security measures and loss prevention efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and store policies.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by store leadership.
Required Skills
