Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick merchandise from designated locations based on order sheets or handheld devices.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary, or if certified).
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for loading or transfer.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verifying quantities.
