Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and offering expert advice on products and solutions.
- Actively assist customers with product selection, location, and demonstrate proper usage when appropriate.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of departmental products, services, and promotions.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of merchandise within assigned departments.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
