Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries regarding orders and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service desk area and surrounding aisles.
  • Assist with merchandising and store recovery efforts, ensuring products are well-stocked and accessible.
  • Actively promote Home Depot services and credit programs to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other store associates to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
  • Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
