Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
  • Efficiently and safely move products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies) after proper training.
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space, including stocking shelves and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Operate various material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring items are correctly picked and staged.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product locations and inventory systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications
