Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
- Efficiently and safely move products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies) after proper training.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space, including stocking shelves and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate various material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with preparing customer orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring items are correctly picked and staged.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product locations and inventory systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment.
