Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., shipping manifests, customer records, operational forms) into designated computer systems and databases.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness, performing cross-checks to ensure high levels of data integrity.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical files, ensuring proper indexing and retrieval of information.
- Generate routine data-driven reports and summaries as needed by supervisors and other departments.
- Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks, such as scanning, filing, and basic correspondence, to support department operations.
- Adhere strictly to data confidentiality, privacy, and security policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members regarding data discrepancies, system issues, or operational concerns.
