Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned lawyers and legal teams.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with legal research, document preparation, and drafting of correspondence under supervision.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for legal professionals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
- Prepare and process legal documents, including formatting, proofreading, and binding.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of meetings, including room bookings and necessary materials.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the legal department.
- Ensure compliance with firm-wide administrative procedures and protocols.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by lawyers and senior legal assistants.
Required Skills
