Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and non-coffee beverages in accordance with McCafe standards.
- Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized McCafe area, including cleaning equipment, counters, and utensils.
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently, and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure product quality and consistency, regularly checking temperatures and freshness of ingredients.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and team members.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, supporting the overall team effort.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
