Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and handling payments with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and restrooms, throughout the night.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and beverage machines safely and effectively.
- Stock and replenish inventory, ensuring all stations are well-supplied for the next shift.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company procedures.
- Assist with opening or closing duties, depending on the specific shift requirements.
