Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and package customer orders for delivery, ensuring all items are present and correctly prepared.
- Verify order details against delivery tickets to maintain high levels of accuracy and minimize errors.
- Coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and third-party delivery platforms to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient delivery staging area.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service during non-peak delivery times.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, as well as McDonald's operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory of delivery supplies (bags, containers, condiments) and communicate needs to management.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns related to delivery orders with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
