Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing Meta products, features, and updates across various platforms (mobile, web, VR/AR).
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clear, concise, and reproducible steps.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on user experience, design, functionality, and overall product performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Maintain thorough records of testing activities, including test results, bug reports, and feedback.
- Participate in remote team meetings and communicate testing progress and findings effectively.
- Stay updated on Meta's product roadmap, industry trends, and best practices in product testing and user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear bug reporting and feedback.
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
- Basic technical aptitude and familiarity with troubleshooting digital products.
