Job Description
Meta is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team, based in North Carolina. In this pivotal work-from-home role, you will be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Meta’s business clients, ensuring they maximize value from our diverse suite of products, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and our advanced advertising solutions. You will play a crucial part in fostering long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within your assigned accounts.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, a proactive approach to client management, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will guide clients through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing optimization and strategic planning. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing challenges, providing tailored solutions, educating clients on new features and best practices, and collaborating closely with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to address client needs and provide feedback for product enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Meta business clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure client success and retention, leveraging Meta's product suite.
- Provide expert guidance on Meta's advertising platforms, best practices, and new product features.
- Monitor client performance, identify trends, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to resolve client issues and drive product enhancements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present performance updates to clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and playbooks.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in the tech or digital advertising industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing, advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager preferred), and online business models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools.
