Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Facebook's suite of products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities and inform strategy.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing channels, product features, and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, data science, and creative teams to launch and iterate on growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in the social media landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling creative briefs for marketing campaigns.
- Forecast and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related analytical marketing role, preferably within a tech or social media company.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Facebook Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, internal analytics platforms).
- Proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
