Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions to support business needs across various Meta platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, A/B testing, and multivariate analysis to evaluate product features, marketing campaigns, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product health, user growth, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, implement tracking, and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for product improvements or business optimizations.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a data-informed decision-making culture.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within a tech or internet company.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and creating compelling dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hive, Presto, or Spark.
