Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Facebook advertising campaigns, including objective setting, audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data daily, identifying trends, optimizing for key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.), and generating actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements, including ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience segments, to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and brand-compliant ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage substantial Facebook advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with data analytics and CRM teams to refine audience segmentation strategies and leverage first-party data for enhanced targeting.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices for digital advertising.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, identifying new opportunities and innovative approaches to reach and engage potential guests.
Required Skills
- Proven 3+ years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for large-scale campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Facebook advertising budgets and achieving performance targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook's various ad formats, targeting options, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CVR) and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
