Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Warner Music Nashville. This pivotal role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our diverse roster of country artists. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans for artist campaigns, encompassing social media, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube to achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., streams, video views, ticket sales, fan acquisition).
- Oversee content strategy and creation for artist digital platforms, including ideation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and evaluate new digital tools, platforms, and emerging trends to enhance artist reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with artists, artist management, and internal teams (A&R, Publicity, Sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with external digital vendors, agencies, and platform partners.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant legal and industry guidelines.
- Lead and mentor junior team members or interns when applicable.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music, entertainment, or media industry.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), and email marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative digital content strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
