Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights and define user needs.
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with senior designers, marketing strategists, and development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Actively participate in design critiques, gather feedback from stakeholders, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Support the broader marketing team by creating compelling visuals, presentations, and other design assets as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, personal, or professional) that demonstrate your design process and visual aesthetic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to present design concepts clearly.
- Ability to take constructive feedback gracefully and iterate on designs efficiently to meet project goals.
- A keen problem-solving mindset with an exceptional eye for detail and visual consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
