Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently deliver prescription medications and other healthcare products to customers' homes or designated locations within the Denver area.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and medication handling.
  • Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures upon delivery as required, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of products.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, including mileage and delivery times, using designated tools or applications.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any questions or concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Manage delivery routes effectively to ensure timely completion of all scheduled deliveries.
  • Handle all delivered items with care, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the pharmacy or designated supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure your personal vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in safe operating condition for deliveries.

Required Skills

  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
