Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively and successfully complete an intensive training program to acquire comprehensive product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional, and ethical relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff within an assigned geographical territory.
- Effectively present and promote Eva Pharma’s innovative product portfolio to HCPs, highlighting key features, benefits, and compelling clinical data to support medical recommendations.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated geographical area through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather valuable customer feedback to inform and refine sales strategies.
- Organize and attend scientific meetings, conferences, and promotional events to enhance product visibility and foster professional networking opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular, accurate reports on sales activities, market intelligence, customer interactions, and territory analysis.
- Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, company policies, and relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and codes of conduct.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related medical/biological field.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
