Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical equipment and installations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Support the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site or in the factory.
- Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control theories.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in an industrial or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or industrial automation concepts.
