Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to thoroughly understand their insurance needs via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide expert, tailored advice on a comprehensive range of insurance products (e.g., home, motor, business, travel).
- Prepare and present clear, accurate, and competitive insurance quotes, explaining policy terms and conditions with utmost clarity.
- Process new applications, renewals, and policy amendments accurately and efficiently, adhering to all deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date, and confidential client records within our CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client inquiries, meticulously resolve issues, and assist with claims processes as and when required.
- Stay continuously informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products and regulations.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory guidelines and internal company compliance procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal team on client strategies, service improvements, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or Broker (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products, policies, and market practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organisational skills and superior time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism.
