Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and special projects.
- Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and perform cost-benefit analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, modeling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (e.g., U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA)
