Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the main reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, redirecting to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries, providing directions and general information about the bank's services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain and update visitor logs and security procedures in accordance with bank policies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as required, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the coordination of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive information.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
