ConneXion Ltd, part of Intouch CX, is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing remote team in Mauritius. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your persuasive communication skills and achieve sales targets from the comfort and convenience of your home. As a Work-from-Home Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services to drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating sales.
- Present and explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, adapting to individual customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and sales techniques.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejections and maintaining a positive attitude.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and/or Mauritian Creole.
- Experience with cloud-based communication tools.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
