Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons' quality standards and recipes, including coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Handle cash and process debit/credit card payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and food preparation stations.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Restock inventory for various products as needed, including cups, lids, condiments, and baked goods.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
