Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Artist Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for artists and management teams, often on short notice.
- Assist in the planning and execution of artist projects, including recording sessions, video shoots, promotional events, and media appearances.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with meticulous accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and clear communication.
- Conduct thorough research and gather information to support strategic decisions related to artist development and brand partnerships.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, databases, and contact lists to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Support tour logistics, including advancing dates, coordinating production needs, and managing show-day requirements.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content coordination as directed by artist managers, maintaining brand consistency.
- Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment, music, or talent management industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, suitable for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative, anticipating needs before they arise.
