Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials and equipment manually or with assistance, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
  • Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
  • Transport materials to work areas.
  • Assist with demolition and renovation projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Physical stamina and endurance for long periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
