Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with various inquiries and requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service across different hotel departments as needed.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas, including public spaces.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with food and beverage service functions when required.

- Process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments as per hotel policy.
