Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks on the poultry processing line, including evisceration, cutting, deboning, and packaging, following established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Inspect products for quality defects and remove any non-conforming items.
- Follow supervisors' instructions and work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency in a cold, damp, or warm environment.
- Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production line environment.
