Key Responsibilities

  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs.
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo).
  • Participate in design reviews, offering technical insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and execute test plans, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and product management.
  • Identify and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and production.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in engineering.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, kinematics, dynamics, and material science.
  • Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
