Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver catering orders to businesses and events within the designated delivery area.
- Verify order accuracy and secure proper payment when required, handling transactions professionally.
- Assist with the setup of catering orders at client locations, ensuring an attractive and organized presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, representing Panera Bread positively and addressing any customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and catering equipment before and after deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and food handling guidelines to ensure product integrity.
- Communicate effectively with cafe management and catering coordinators regarding delivery status, potential delays, and customer feedback.
- Support in-cafe duties during non-delivery times, as needed, which may include assisting with order preparation, packaging, or light cleaning tasks.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
