Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers, both new and existing, to identify their digital service needs (mobile, broadband, cloud, accessories, etc.).
- Present and demonstrate Spark's comprehensive range of products and services clearly, persuasively, and with a customer-centric approach.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Accurately process sales orders, update customer information, and manage customer interactions using our CRM systems and digital tools.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with product knowledge, current promotions, market trends, and competitor activities through continuous learning and engagement.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions, escalating complex situations to appropriate support channels when necessary.
- Actively participate in all provided training sessions, team meetings, and coaching opportunities to continuously enhance sales skills and product understanding.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center, promotions) is advantageous but not strictly essential.
- NCEA Level 2 or equivalent qualification demonstrating foundational academic skills.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services or a keen interest in technology.
- Ability to speak Te Reo Māori or other languages prevalent in New Zealand communities is a distinct advantage.
