Job Description

Are you a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual eager to kickstart your career in project management? Tet is seeking an Entry-Level Project Manager (Projektu vadītājs) to join our innovative and fast-paced teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual with little to no prior project management experience to learn from industry experts, contribute to significant projects, and develop a robust skill set. As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting project teams across various departments, helping to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth communication. You will gain hands-on experience in the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior project managers and project leads in the planning, execution, and closure of various projects.
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables under supervision.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones, reporting on status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, and escalate them to senior management as appropriate.
  • Support in resource allocation and task management within projects.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) or concepts.
  • Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Fluency in Russian is an advantage.
